On December 14th, the Vegan Christmas Market will be open to the public from 11 am – 6 pm. Head down to Adelaide Street E. to find pastries, chocolate treats, cosmetic products, clothing, and more vegan merchandise all produced without the exploitation of animals. General admission is free, but if you would like the VIP treatment, which allows you to do all your Christmas shopping an hour ahead of the crowd, you can purchase a ticket for just $9.00. All VIP tickets will include a classic style knit beanie and you will be automatically enrolled in the VIP prize draws. So come on down and get most, if not all of your Christmas shopping done at the Vegan Christmas Market.

I Love BEER + Mac & Cheese Festival

This year will be the inaugural Annual Toronto I Love Beer + Mac & Cheese Festival. It will be held at the Queen Elizabeth Building – Exhibition Place, at 180 Prince’s Boulevard on December the 14th. There will be many activities, such as giant Jenga + foosball, BEERcade, the Chronicle Photo Booth, along with many contests and giveaways. There will be a prize for the ugliest Christmas sweater, so be sure to wear your worst! Along with all the fun, there will be 16 various drink vendors and 12 local food vendors. Tickets range from $22 – $30. This is a 19+ event and will run from 5:30-11 pm. Please make sure you have arranged for a safe ride home at the end of the night.

Wannabe: A Spice Girls Tribute

Did you worship the Spice Girls in the 90s? Did you know the lyrics to all their songs? Did you identify with either Sporty, Baby, Scary, Posh or Ginger? Then get ready to relive your childhood and teen years and attend the Wannabe: A Spice Girls Tribute! On Saturday, December 8th, head down to the Opera House at 735 Queen St. E Toronto, and reminisce about the days of Girl Power while grooving to infectiously danceable pop music. Tickets are available for $24.99.
