Take some of the airport stress right off the table – our hotel by the airport offers free airport shuttle service on your schedule so you never have to worry about getting to and from Toronto Pearson International.

On-Demand Pick-Up From Pearson International

Welcome back! Our free airport shuttle bus picks up at both Terminal 1 and 3 and comes to you when you call. Here’s how it works: 

1. Collect your luggage and then call the hotel directly at 1-800-260-3333 to let us know you’re ready for pickup. We’ll ask you which pick-up location to meet you. 
2. Head to the pick-up location:
   • Terminal 1: As of July 18, 2025, the new pick-up location for Terminal 1 is Post F3 on the Arrivals Level.
   • Terminal 3: Post 13, Arrivals level (inside lane outside Door B)

Seats are first-come, first-serve. Due to airport guidelines, the shuttle can only pick you up at the designated posts and can only wait for a limited time, so it’s best to get your luggage before giving us a call.
