Taking place at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto from March 7 to August 3, Winnie-the-Pooh: Exploring a Classic is a nostalgic and interactive exhibition totally devoted to one of the most beloved fictional characters of all time.
This exhibit brings to life the incredible story behind the creative partnership of author A.A. Milne and illustrator E.H. Shepard and explores how a black bear from Winnipeg would go on to inspire the creation of the honey-loving cubby we all know so well. Along with original sketches, manuscripts, letters, photographs, ceramic figures, clothing, and memorabilia, there will also be a number of sensory activities and larger than life-sized renderings of the 100 Acre Wood that visitors can walk through to quite literally immerse themselves in the wonderful world of Pooh and his friends. The showcase is held exclusively at the ROM, which is the only Canadian stop on its tour, and will absolutely delight both children and adults alike.
A stop in at the ROM is a fabulous way to spend the day when you are visiting Toronto. For your accommodation needs, book your stay with Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Mississauga Hotel.
