Hotel Check-In
Check-in time is any time after 3 p.m. (early check-in may be requested but cannot be guaranteed
Check-out time is 11 am. (late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability
Guests aged 17 and under at the time of travel are considered children and stay free when staying in the same room as a paying adult and using existing bedding.
You are required to let our front desk staff know how many adults and children will be staying in the room when you check-in.
Payment & Deposits
Please present a valid credit card at check-in.
You may pay by credit card at the time of check-out.
You will need a valid credit card to secure your reservation. The Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel will authorize the credit card on the day of arrival unless otherwise stipulated on your booking. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card provided, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation Policies
You may cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 4 pm date of arrival unless otherwise stipulated on your booking. Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.
Currency Conversions
All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian Dollars.
As currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, the Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange.
Currency exchange is available at the front desk.
Extra Guests
All room rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional charge of $10-$50 per night applies for each guest above double occupancy. There is an additional $10-$20 charge per night per rollaway bed. Cribs are available upon request & availability.
Rollaway Beds & Cribs
There is an additional charge of $10 per night for each rollaway bed.
Cribs are available by request and subject to availability.
Free Hotel Parking
Overnight parking at the hotel is free of charge for guests whom have accommodations with us. We also provide free hotel parking for up to 14 days for guests under our Stay & Fly Package (extended parking only available with Stay & Fly bookings.
